Folk Dancing at Neskaya
Neskaya is a new building of unique design, with a large (35 foot circle) dance floor and an outside dancing lawn. It is located near Franconia Notch, New Hampshire.
Sunday, 6-8 PM - Sacred Circle Dance (Donation: $0-5)
Sacred Circle Dance grew out of International Folk Dance with the understanding that traditional dances have a sacred dimension, and can be done as prayer or meditation.
This doesn't mean that we don't have fun! We also do newly choreographed dances to both traditional and contemporary music. All dances are taught, you don't need a partner, beginners are welcome!
Wednesday 5-6:30 PM - International Folk Dance (Cost: $5)
The original aerobic dancing! We’ll meet most Wednesdays.

To get to Neskaya:
From the north take exit 38 off I-93 for Franconia. Neskaya
is on Route 18, about 2.5 miles south from the blinking light at the center of
town, and across from Westwind Cottages (second drive on left).
From the south,
take Exit 3 on the Franconia Notch Parkway. Neskaya is about 2.5 miles north,
on the right, just after a very steep hill.
